Dawn Light, 56, was arrested on Thursday after police discovered deleted photographs of jurors leaving the Plymouth courthouse on Tuesday. The photos were taken while Light was parked in a restricted area outside the courthouse during the livestreamed trial of Lindsay Clancy, who faces three counts of first‑degree murder for killing her children. Light has been charged with aggravated intimidation of a juror and pleaded not guilty, stating it was a misunderstanding.

Prosecutors presented evidence that Light’s phone contained the photographs and that she had been in the prohibited zone. The judge denied a $50,000 bail request. Law and order officials warned that her conduct threatened the sanctity of the judicial process. The jury, which has been deliberating since Thursday, remains at the centre of national debate over privacy and courtroom decorum.
