The fallout from the 2020 presidential election continues, as a federal court has ordered Rudy Giuliani to hand over his New York City apartment, valued at $6 million, to election workers Ruby Freeman and Shaye Moss. This verdict is part of a defamation lawsuit in which the two women previously won over $140 million from Giuliani for his baseless claims of vote tampering.

The ruling, delivered this Tuesday, indicates that Giuliani must also forfeit numerous watches, furniture, sports memorabilia, and a Yankees jersey signed by Joe DiMaggio, in addition to the apartment. The court also recognized Ms. Freeman and Ms. Moss as the rightful claimants to $2 million that Giuliani asserts is owed to him by Donald Trump's 2020 presidential campaign.

Last month, the election workers initiated legal actions to seize Giuliani’s assets, including properties in New York and Palm Beach, Florida, as well as multiple luxury items. They specifically requested three of his World Series rings, with one estimated at $30,000.

In the 24-page ruling, the judge ordered Giuliani to give up more than two dozen luxury watches, while delaying decisions on the World Series rings and the Palm Beach condo. He is required to deliver these items within seven days, as he prepares to comply with the Judge’s rulings.

Giuliani faced major setbacks after being stripped of his law license following false statements regarding the 2020 election results. He currently faces nine felony charges linked to a "fake elector scheme" aimed at supporting Trump’s claims of victory in Arizona during that election. After losing the defamation lawsuit, he filed for bankruptcy, but a federal judge recently dismissed his case, rendering him vulnerable to creditor claims.

The legal troubles for Giuliani have escalated as Freeman and Moss have publicly stated they received threats and harassment as a direct consequence of Giuliani's incendiary accusations.
