According to the Jalisco State Prosecutor's Office, during her livestream with over 113,000 followers, two men arrived on a motorcycle, and one entered the salon with a masked face, immediately inquiring for Márquez by name.Upon confirmation of her identity, the assailant brandished a firearm and shot her before fleeing with his accomplice. Although her TikTok account has reportedly been deactivated, a video of the horrific incident has circulated online, containing sensitive visuals of Márquez at the time of the attack. Witnesses noted that she was seated with a pink stuffed pig in her lap when the violence erupted.The prosecutor’s office is actively investigating the murder but has yet to uncover any suspects.
