Ukrainian forces are implementing a new system dubbed "Army of Drones: Bonus," aimed at optimizing military strategy while enhancing motivation among troops. Under the e-points initiative, soldiers earn points based on the strategic value of their targets—such as 50 points for destroying a multiple rocket launch system, 40 points for a destroyed tank, and lower scores for less significant achievements.

The program, driven by Mykhailo Fedorov, the Minister of Digital Transformation, seeks to improve combat efficiency by creating a data-driven approach to warfare. While the program reportedly boosts morale in some units, opinions are mixed; some soldiers question its effectiveness, suggesting that it encourages competition over collaboration and may blur ethical lines.

About 90–95% of fighting units are reportedly participating, providing a wealth of valuable data that Ukraine utilizes to adapt its strategies in real-time. The newly integrated "Brave 1 Market" will facilitate a more streamlined procurement process by allowing soldiers to purchase up to 1,600 military items directly using their earned points.

Despite the harsh realities of war, this innovative approach showcases Ukraine's commitment to maximizing its military capabilities amid ongoing conflict.
