A posthumous memoir by Virginia Giuffre accuses the Duke of York of being 'entitled - as if he believed having sex with me was his birthright', according to extracts published in the Guardian newspaper. The book, Nobody's Girl, written by the prominent accuser of sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, is due to be published next week, almost six months after Ms Giuffre took her own life.

Her book, which calls Epstein a 'master manipulator', describes three occasions where she alleges Prince Andrew had sex with her, including at Ghislaine Maxwell's house in London. It's further embarrassment for Prince Andrew, who reached a financial settlement with Ms Giuffre in 2022, and has always denied any wrongdoing.

Nobody's Girl: A Memoir of Surviving Abuse and Fighting for Justice, details Giuffre's journey and her encounters with Epstein. The memoir recounts their first meeting in 2001 when she was 17 years old, highlighting the chilling dynamic that existed between Epstein, Maxwell, and the young women they exploited.

Giuffre accuses Prince Andrew of behaving with arrogance and entitlement during their encounters, as detailed in the powerful passages of her memoir. The allegations against Andrew, which include sexual encounters in Epstein's homes, echo previous claims but offer new perspectives on her traumatic experiences.

Giuffre's memoir not only recounts her lived experiences but amplifies the voices of many vulnerable individuals who were victims within Epstein's network. Through her narrative, she sheds light on her struggles, mental health issues, and attempts to fight for justice.

Despite the detailed accounts of her life and the allegations against Andrew, the Duke of York has consistently denied any involvement in the wrongdoing. His statement from a previous interview stands firm: 'I can absolutely categorically tell you it never happened.'

Giuffre's poignant narrative aims to galvanize support for survivors of abuse, as it brings to light the pervasive culture of exploitation and the systemic issues that enable such abuse to persist.
