US lawmakers have released over 20,000 pages of documents from the estate of the disgraced financier and convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, unveiling interactions with notable figures such as Andrew Mountbatten Windsor, former prince and brother of King Charles; US President Donald Trump; his former advisor Steve Bannon; and various media and entertainment personalities.

Trump, known to have been friends with Epstein for years, has claimed their relationship soured around 2004, long before Epstein's first arrest. He has consistently denied any wrongdoing related to Epstein.

Among the individuals named in the released documents are:

Michael Wolff

American journalist and author Michael Wolff has been noted for his past correspondence with Epstein, including advice sent to Epstein about how Trump should respond to CNN queries regarding his relationship with Epstein during Trump’s 2016 presidential campaign.

Larry Summers

Former Treasury Secretary Larry Summers is found in emails discussing dinner meetings with Epstein, where proposed connections with global leaders were made. Summers had previously expressed that he wanted to distance himself from Trump due to potential conflicts of interest.

Kathryn Ruemmler

Former White House counsel Kathryn Ruemmler exchanged emails with Epstein about hush-money payments made by Trump, revealing insights into Trump's dealings during the 2016 election campaign.

Peter Thiel

Billionaire and Trump supporter Peter Thiel also appears in the documents, having been invited by Epstein to visit his private island, where numerous allegations against Epstein were said to have occurred.

Noam Chomsky

Distinguished linguist Noam Chomsky’s correspondence with Epstein includes discussions about Trump, showcasing the unusual connection between the renowned intellectual and the controversial financier.

Peggy Siegal

Publicist Peggy Siegal initially consulted with Epstein during the scandal surrounding his actions, demonstrating the lengths Epstein went to manage his public image.

The release of these documents continues to raise questions and concerns about Epstein's associations and the implications for those mentioned, as the controversies surrounding his network deepen.
