A 39‑year‑old Ukrainian woman, Anastasiia Berezovska, is under international pursuit after her alleged parcel bomb blew up in a Monaco apartment entrance. The explosive was aimed at real‑estate developer Vadym Yermolaiev, who had been sanctioned by Kyiv. Berezovska fled the scene on foot, used a hire car to reach Italy and then Germany, where authorities seized her rented apartment and a vehicle. Interpol issued a Red Notice demanding the arrest of Berezovska for attempted murder, placing an explosive device on a public road, and criminal conspiracy. The notice is now active in all 196 member countries, and German special forces are working closely with Monegasque authorities to gather evidence and support the investigation.

Within the building, the attack occurred as the three victims – a man, his partner and a 13‑year‑old son – were entering. They were taken to hospitals in Nice, with the adults suffering serious injuries and the child suffering minor wounds.
