Apple reported strong financial results for its fiscal fourth quarter, ending September 26, 2026, with revenue rising 11.7 percent year‑on‑year to $114.48 billion and net income increasing 11.8 percent to $30.71 billion. The company said that the growth was driven by strong sales of iPhones and Mac computers, with iPhone revenue up 17.5 percent to $57.58 billion and Mac revenue up 23.7 percent to $10.79 billion. Operating income rose 9.9 percent to $35.63 billion, and diluted earnings per share increased to $2.10 from $1.85 a year earlier. The company's gross margin for the quarter was 47.9 percent.
Apple’s Services segment grew 9.8 percent to $31.57 billion, setting a new all‑time record for the company. The Services business includes app sales, media subscriptions, cloud services and other digital offerings. Apple said the Services revenue record was achieved as the company’s ecosystem continued to expand. Apple's Greater China region saw a 21.02 percent revenue rise to $17.54 billion, while revenue in the Americas reached $48.68 billion and in Europe totaled $32.01 billion.
While the quarter marked a triumph for several product lines, Apple reported declines in other areas. iPad revenue fell 10.4 percent to $6.23 billion, and revenue from wearables, home products and accessories dropped 7.9 percent to $8.3 billion. The company said that it was focusing on new product introductions, such as the iPhone Duo and touch‑screen Macs, to drive future growth.
Apple CEO John Ternus said the company achieved September‑quarter records for total revenue and iPhone sales. "We are pleased to report record performance across many areas of our business," he said. Ternus highlighted the continued strength of the iPhone, noting that the company had registered a new monthly sales record, which he attributed to strong consumer demand for the latest hardware and software features.
For the full fiscal year 2026, Apple reported record revenue of $478.83 billion, up 15.1 percent year‑on‑year, and net income of $132.18 billion, up 18 percent. The company also noted that its overall marketing and product strategy continues to be a key driver of growth as it expands its ecosystem and addresses evolving consumer needs. Apple ended the year with a solid financial footing, powered largely by the continued popularity of its flagship products and its growing services offering.
