The UK government has hand‑off a classified set of Storm Shadow cruise missile blueprints to Kyiv, signalling a new boost to Ukraine’s long‑range strike capability.
The announcement came during Prime Minister Andy Burnham’s inaugural visit to Ukraine, when he met President Volodymyr Zelensky to discuss defence cooperation.
