Former Migos rapper Offset has been shot outside a casino in Florida, according to US media reports.
The 34-year-old, whose real name is Kiari Kendrell Cephus, is in a 'stable' condition and being 'closely monitored' in hospital, a spokesperson told Variety.
The Seminole Police Department have reported that the shooting occurred on Monday evening, and two individuals have been detained in connection with the incident.
The police stated that the event took place 'at a valet area' after 19:00 outside the Seminole Hard Rock Hollywood and resulted in non-life-threatening injuries to an individual.
The investigation is ongoing.
Offset is widely recognized for his contributions to the hip-hop group Migos, along with Quavo and Takeoff. He married singer Cardi B in 2017, and they share three children, although they later filed for divorce in 2024.
Migos are known for their hit songs, including 'Versace' and 'Bad and Boujee,' which topped the Billboard Hot 100. The group is regarded as one of the most influential groups of their generation.
